Many fathers and sons (yes, and daughters, too) love spending time together while fishing. It's an opportunity for dads to pass along a love of the outdoors, sportsmanship and respect for our natural resources while forming special bonds that last a lifetime.
This year, Chynna's Helping Heart is working together with Living for Zachary, to help raise awareness about congenital heart defects and sudden cardiac death; two silent killers that, more often than you may realize, rob parents of the opportunity of sharing these special bonds with their children and of ever realizing those moments that last for a lifetime. Please come out and join us as we enjoy a fantastic fishing tournament and great family event while, at the same time, getting the word out to others.
Friday night, September 3rd, we will have burgers, music, dancing and much more from 6PM to 9PM to celebrate the kick-off of the tournament. If you haven't registered by then or don't wish to register online, then it still won't be too late! Simply bring your registration fee with you when you come on Friday night.
